### **Responsibilities**
We are seeking a Welding Robot Operator to join our Production Department, responsible for performing robotic welding operations on metal components, ensuring the company’s established quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Perform robotic welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, electrode, or other assigned processes) according to drawings, technical specifications, and established WPS.
• Prepare parts for welding (fitting, cleaning, tack welding), verifying dimensions, references, and conformity with drawings.
• Visually inspect work and apply in-process and final self-quality control.
• Report deviations, errors, or defects to the Section Coordinator and/or supervisor, and collaborate in their correction.
• Comply with welding safety regulations: use of PPE, welding curtains, lifting equipment, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Carry out basic maintenance of tools and machinery used, and report technical incidents or failures to the Maintenance Department.
• Collaborate with other operators in assembly, handling, or logistical support tasks within the work area.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at the workstation according to the 5S methodology.
• Meet production schedule deadlines, maintaining the required production pace.
• Participate in internal training sessions or certifications required for technical skill development.
### **Requirements**
Intermediate or advanced vocational qualification in Industrial Automation and Robotics (or demonstrable experience)
Bridge crane operation experience is desirable.
Technical knowledge, blueprint interpretation, and/or welding expertise
Industrial sector experience is desirable.
Welding certification is desirable.
Demonstrable experience.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
### **We Offer**
Contract: Initial temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment.
Working Hours: Full-time (1,760 annual effective working hours)
22 working days of vacation per year, as stipulated by collective agreement
Schedule: Initial training on split shifts (Mon–Thu: 07:50–17:10; Fri: 07:25–14:30)
Rotating shifts (Morning: 05:40–14:00; Afternoon: 14:00–22:20; Intensive Friday shift)
