Description
The position focuses on sorting and order preparation within a warehouse. Tasks include receiving goods at the end of the production line, verifying and packaging products, and sorting them according to their final destination. Afterwards, items are grouped and safely palletized for storage or shipment. Loading and unloading using forklifts is also performed, and waste containers are managed to maintain order. Attention to detail is essential to avoid errors, and the work takes place in a large warehouse facility, as part of a team, with daily productivity targets.
The environment is physically demanding, involving constant movement and handling of loads; therefore, physical stamina and strict adherence to safety regulations are required. Adaptability to varying workloads is key.
The initial contract is temporary, arranged through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of transitioning to the client company's permanent staff. Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:30, with some flexibility in scheduling. The workplace is located in an industrial warehouse in Chiloeches, along the Henares Corridor.
Previous verifiable warehouse experience is required, specifically in end-of-line or sorting (sorter) positions. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with practical experience operating electric pallet trucks, as well as experience using warehouse motorized vehicles or picking systems (order picking). Familiarity with forklift operation for vertical goods handling will be considered a positive asset.
