The position focuses on product preparation and handling operations within a logistics environment specialized in food. Key responsibilities include direct handling of goods, ensuring that storage and distribution processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established protocols. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of the supply chain, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment. Activities take place in an environment where organization and speed are critical, as the flow of goods is constant. Work involves various types of perishable products, implying operation inside refrigerated chambers and strict compliance with food safety regulations. Performance in this position directly contributes to orders reaching their destination in optimal condition and within established deadlines. Joining this team means integrating into a structured logistics operation where each member has a defined and essential role. Adaptability to various shifts and collaboration with other team members to achieve common goals of productivity and service quality will be valued. The working schedule is 40 hours per week under the corresponding contract, with shifts rotating between morning and afternoon from Monday to Saturday, including two days off per week. The established hourly wage is 12\.54 euros. A valid forklift license covering five machine types and a food handler certificate are mandatory. A personal vehicle is required for commuting, and at least one year of prior experience in similar order-picking functions is required.
