Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform tasks including goods receipt, storage, order picking, document management, and loading/unloading, while maintaining order and safety. Opportunity to test your abilities in new challenges We are looking for a candidate to join us as a **Warehouse Assistant on the morning shift** at our facilities located in Castellar del Vallés. **What will be your duties and responsibilities?** * Goods receipt: unloading, verification of delivery notes, and visual quality control. * Product placement and storage according to the warehouse management system. * Order picking and packaging in accordance with picking documents and shipping instructions. * Generation and management of documentation: WZ forms, packing lists, labels, and entry/exit records. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and coordination with carriers. * Maintenance of records and updating of status in the ERP system. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum education: completed secondary education or equivalent. * Prior experience in warehousing or logistics (at least 1 year preferred). * Basic knowledge of computer systems; experience with ERP systems. * Ability to handle loads and perform physical tasks; availability for on-site work. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in following procedures. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. * Certification or training for operating forklifts. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Stable employment contract and benefits exceeding statutory requirements per country. * Working hours: morning shift.
