Job Summary: Grupo Téciman seeks an Architect to revise designs, coordinate urban and architectural projects, supervise technical aspects, and develop graphical documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and coordination of urban and architectural designs 2. Technical supervision of urban development and civil engineering projects 3. Development of urban and architectural graphic documentation Grupo Téciman has spent 30 years delivering client satisfaction in Engineering Services and 3D Metrology projects. The Téciman team’s distinctive approach is reflected in the work we carry out for our clients. For new engineering projects, we require an **URBAN ARCHITECT**. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Review of structural, assembly, and component drawings using AutoCAD 2D * Review and coordination of urban and architectural designs, including partial plans, detailed studies, urban development projects, and building complexes, using tools such as AutoCAD 2D and BIM platforms * Technical supervision of urban development and urban civil engineering projects, ensuring consistency with current planning regulations and proper integration into the urban environment. * Development of urban and architectural graphic documentation, including zoning plans, urban cross-sections, mobility schemes, public space layouts, and infrastructure representations in both 2D and 3D. * Preparation and review of technical reports, specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets for both building and urban development projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D * Experience in urban planning projects **Location:** MADRID **Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary commensurate with experience.
