WE ARE EXPANDING OUR TRAINING TEAM! The Metalworking Employers' Union is seeking a Training Technician in Barcelona. If you wish to join a dynamic and committed team dedicated to developing talent and professional qualifications in the industrial \- metal sector, this opportunity is for you! • Management of subsidized and/or private training programs. • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of training activities. • Advising companies and participants on available training offerings. • Coordination with training centers, instructors, and collaborating companies. • Monitoring course implementation and resolving incidents. • Managing technical and administrative documentation related to training programs. • Entering and maintaining information in management applications and databases. * Minimum 2 years’ experience: At least two years’ experience managing training programs, preferably subsidized. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ease using management applications. • Organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: • Permanent employment contract. • On-site working schedule. • Flexible working hours from 8:00 to 16:00, with one afternoon extended until 18:00.
