**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 1 University Graduate \- Technical Support for Event Management, Administrative and Team Management (Murcia) **Workplace** -------------------- * Region of Murcia Address: Murcia **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Event organization and logistics. * Administrative processing and supplier management: Requesting quotations, handling procurement files for external services (catering, audiovisuals, venues). * Project document management: Preparing justification reports, safeguarding participant documentation, tracking attendance, issuing certificates, and maintaining the centralized database. * Liaising with participants and suppliers. * Liaising with public administration. * Supporting project coordination. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a university degree (MECES Level 3\) — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree \+ Official Master’s degree (in the same field), or Architecture or Engineering degree (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * At least one year of work and/or academic experience related to the position’s responsibilities (administrative processing, document management, and/or event logistics) **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Specific training on Laws 39/2015 and/or 40/2015 (certificate to be attached) * Specific training on data protection regulations totaling at least 7 hours (certificate to be attached) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Work and/or academic experience exceeding one year related to the position’s responsibilities (administrative processing, document management, and/or event logistics) * Work and/or academic experience in the Public Sector exceeding 24 months related to the position’s responsibilities (administrative processing, document management, and/or event logistics) **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will be open from today, 12/08/2026, until 26/08/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
