Job Summary: We are seeking an occupational therapist for a residential care facility to conduct assessments, ongoing monitoring, and development of person-centered therapeutic activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of therapeutic activities and person-centered programs 2. Collaboration in interdisciplinary team meetings 3. Support in resident admission and adaptation processes An occupational therapist is needed for a residential facility located in Calamocha (Teruel). A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The monthly gross salary is €1,732.61. A minimum of six months of prior experience is essential, along with holding a diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy. A Master’s degree in Geriatric Occupational Therapy is considered an asset. The main responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents, participating in the development and review of individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic activities and person-centered programs. Additionally, the role involves collaboration in interdisciplinary team meetings, supporting resident admission and adaptation processes, and maintaining records of interventions in the facility’s computerized system.
