Professional development in civil engineering studies and projects. **Description:** ---------------- At Hozono Global, we seek to incorporate a detail-oriented and talented individual into our **Civil Engineering Studies and Projects** team at our Murcia offices, whose objective is securing contracts for both public and private construction projects. Within this department, all types of public works projects are analyzed and studied (e.g., urban developments, hydraulic works, road and highway projects, large-scale structures, etc.), from both technical and economic perspectives—assessing execution feasibility, estimating timelines, identifying constraints, scheduling works, etc. Your daily responsibilities will include critical tasks essential to the success of our tenders: * Drafting technical reports for public tenders * Developing work schedules, Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, etc. * Preparing environmental reports for construction projects * Quality control of units subject to inspection on site * Analyzing project improvements * Reviewing projects * Studying and analyzing costs of projects under tender: contacting suppliers and subcontractors, requesting price quotations and material costs, unit costs of works, etc. * Comprehensive review of projects and verification of measurements Software used: * Company cost planning and control software: Presto/Arquimides * Graphic design software: AutoCAD * Work scheduling software: Microsoft Project **What We Offer?** * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–15:00 * Intensive working hours in July and August * Opportunity to join a professional, dynamic, and collaborative team * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Technical Engineer in Public Works * Civil Engineer * Civil Engineer (Roads, Canals, and Ports) **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, such as Studies and Valuation Technician in a construction company. * Knowledge of technical documentation design and assembly, construction planning and organization, and 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, InfraWorks 360, Civil 3D for detailed infrastructure design, Navisworks for construction coordination and simulation) will be valued. * Advanced level of English. * Experience using software such as AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM, Revit, and Office.
