Plan and control the technical department budget, seeking efficiency and resource optimization. Procure materials and subcontractors for construction and maintenance projects, managing specifications, deadlines, and quality. Optimize energy and water consumption without compromising service quality or guest experience. Implement and maintain an effective inventory and consumption control system. Coordinate and ensure compliance with the HACCP system; manage and resolve non-routine tasks within a maximum of two weeks. Lead the internal technical team and coordinate external companies, prioritizing quality, safety, and deadlines. Proactively report to General Management and Operations Management on relevant technical interventions and maintenance trends. Support the maintenance of hotel facilities and technical areas, promoting improvements and innovation projects. Solid knowledge of health regulations, safety, and HACCP as applied to hotel services. Leadership skills, team management, and ability to coordinate suppliers. Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and projects with a results-driven and quality-focused approach. Detail-oriented mindset with strategic vision and commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments across the organization. **Desirable requirements:** Languages: advantageous (especially English) for interaction with international suppliers and teams. Certifications in maintenance management, safety, or sustainability (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 50001) will be considered a plus. Prior experience implementing consumption and inventory control systems in hotel environments.
