Must be available to travel periodically to different sites where construction work is carried out. Will not sign documentation, as this will be done by the infrastructure director. Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:15. Functions: In new construction projects: Create the concept and design of the building (floor plans, elevations, sections). * Define the aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of the project. * Develop the basic and execution project. * Include calculations, technical report, drawings, and budget. * Prepare documentation to obtain construction permits. * Coordinate with public administrations and technical agencies. * Supervise construction execution according to the approved project. * Resolve technical issues and coordinate with other professionals (engineers, contractors, etc.). * Verify materials, construction processes, and regulatory compliance. * Ensure that safety measures on site are respected. In rehabilitation projects: * Assess the structural, functional, and energy condition of the building. * Identify pathologies (dampness, cracks, material deterioration, etc.). * Design technical solutions to improve or restore the building. * Adapt the project to current regulations and client requirements. * Advise on energy rehabilitation programs, accessibility, etc. * Prepare documentation to apply for public subsidies. * Supervise restoration, consolidation, or improvement works. * Coordinate with specialized technicians (structural engineers, restorers, etc.). * Incorporate sustainable solutions (insulation, renewable energy). * Adapt spaces to meet universal accessibility criteria.
