Technical Architect

**Description:** ---------------- INESPRO is seeking a Technical or Senior Architect, or a candidate with an equivalent qualification, who has extensive construction site experience and a strong client-oriented mindset to join our team. This position has three main responsibilities: you will assume the role of Execution Director for multiple construction projects simultaneously, including periodic site visits for control and monitoring; provide continuous support to the technical office; and actively participate in expanding the company's client portfolio. Your mission will be to ensure that projects are executed to the highest quality standards, strictly adhering to budgets and deadlines, and to contribute to INESPRO’s growth. Execution Direction of Construction Works: * Execution Direction as a member of the Technical Management Team: ensuring works comply with the technical project and current regulations. * Monitoring multiple construction sites in parallel through periodic site visits, liaising with property owners, contractors, and subcontractors. * Economic management: budgetary control, monthly certifications, and validation of conflicting prices. * Documentation: drafting site minutes, progress reports, and managing the Order Book. * Coordination of Safety and Health during the execution phase. Technical Office: * Taking measurements and preparing budgets. * Supporting the design and calculation team. * Reviewing project documentation prior to tendering and commencement of works. Business Development * Expanding the client portfolio: identifying opportunities and acquiring new assignments. * Retaining existing clients by leveraging the trust built during project execution. * Preparing technical\-economic proposals and tenders. * Representing INESPRO before clients, developers, and sector collaborators. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Over 10 years’ experience in construction execution direction. * Certification as a Safety and Health Coordinator. * Professional network within the sector and experience in client acquisition or management. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between construction sites.
