**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect to support real estate conversion projects in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in feasibility studies for adapting premises into residential units, including data collection (where applicable), urban analysis, accessibility assessment, installation provision, utility connections, ventilation, and air conditioning. * Collaboration with architects in drafting Basic and Execution Projects: Assistance in preparing Basic and Execution Projects required for carrying out corresponding construction works and obtaining necessary administrative authorizations in each municipality where such works are located. * Collaboration with architects in drafting the Safety and Health Study for the planned construction works, in accordance with Royal Decree 1627/1997, dated October 24, establishing minimum safety and health provisions for construction works; the Waste Management Study, in accordance with Royal Decree 105/2008, dated February 1, regulating the production and management of construction and demolition waste; and issuance of Energy Efficiency Certificates, both during the project phase and for completed dwellings. * Exercising technical direction of construction works where applicable, ensuring correct execution of works within scheduled timeframes and budget, including valuation of completed works and issuance of the final works certificate. * Supporting the Construction Department in all administrative procedures before various municipal councils, competent authorities, and urban utility service providers necessary for initiating, executing, and completing construction works, as well as commissioning resulting dwellings. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by undergoing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation under the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as requesting additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Technical Architecture degree (MECES Level 2\) or a Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Technical Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum five years’ work experience under employment contracts performing duties inherent to this position in renovation and/or rehabilitation construction projects. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * Six to ten years’ experience performing duties inherent to this position in renovation and/or rehabilitation construction projects (employment contract required). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Drafting of at least five Safety and Health Studies for building projects (to be verified during technical evaluation). * Drafting of five or more Waste Management Studies for building projects (to be verified during technical evaluation). * Drafting of at least five Energy Efficiency Reports (to be verified during technical evaluation). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last nine months. + Full-time working schedule.
