Our strength lies in our people. **Responsibilities** * Accurately record documentation related to fixed assets, ensuring correct accounting classification. * Conduct thorough reviews of fixed asset accounts, ensuring consistency between financial accounting and fixed asset records, as well as performing monthly reconciliations. * Prepare and submit assigned tax returns (Forms 322, 111, 115, and annual returns) to State and Foral Tax Authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Supervise, control, and validate information submitted to the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) system regarding issued and received invoices, ensuring accuracy in tax declarations. * Support the review and execution of the monthly financial closing process, verifying that all transactions are properly recorded within the corresponding accounting period. * Prepare and review financial reports required by the Controlling department, providing accurate information to support decision-making. * Regularly review and audit fixed asset inventories across centers, ensuring proper management and recording. * Address and resolve incidents related to the fixed assets area, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with the relevant team. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Accounting Technician. * Experience in accounting, recording, and amortization of fixed assets. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * B2 level English is desirable. **What We Offer** **What We Offer:** Location: Our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
