We are seeking a professional to serve as a Surveyor, responsible for the preparation, control, and monitoring of measurements on construction sites—whether ongoing, upcoming, or part of alternatives and variants in sanitation, urban development, road, and structural engineering projects. The role also includes preparing modified or supplementary project documentation, conducting fieldwork for data collection and layout. The position requires managing and maintaining both owned and rented topographic equipment, as well as coordinating other field surveyors. A Technical Engineering Degree in Surveying or a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering is essential, along with a minimum of five years’ experience as a surveyor in the construction sector; civil engineering site experience is particularly valued. Advanced proficiency in specialized software such as AutoCAD, MDT, Ispol/Istram, Presto, and Office is required, as well as solid knowledge and hands-on experience with topographic equipment. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term full-time contract, provision of a company vehicle, and a salary aligned with the collective bargaining agreement for the metal industry in the Principality of Asturias.
