What makes us different? * **Digitalization as a cornerstone:** We work with BIM environments, CDE platforms, and collaborative tools. * **People at the center:** We invest in training, professional development, and well-being. * **Commitment to quality and sustainability:** We build with a forward-looking vision. **Your challenge as a Surveyor** Your mission will be to **perform surveying, setting-out, and on-site measurements** with precision and efficiency, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, elevations, and technical specifications. **Key responsibilities** * Carry out **topographic surveys** of terrain and existing structures. * Perform **setting-out** in accordance with execution drawings and project designs. * Monitor and verify levels, alignments, and elevations during construction execution. * Process topographic data and generate **drawings** using specialized software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). * Coordinate with the site team, production managers, and technical office to ensure correct interpretation of topographic information. * Prepare **progress reports** and **technical documentation** related to fieldwork. * Monitor the status, calibration, and basic maintenance of surveying equipment (total station, GPS, optical level, etc.). * Support identification of potential deviations and propose solutions **Technical requirements** * Education: **Surveying Engineering, Geomatics Engineering**, Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Works, or related fields. * Minimum **3\-5 years of experience as a Surveyor**, or in performing topographic surveys or related tasks. * Advanced knowledge of surveying software. * Advanced knowledge of graphic design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, TopoCAL...). * Office suite proficiency. * Basic safety training. **Key competencies** * Rigor and attention to detail. * Clear communication and collaborative mindset. * Organizational ability and focus on traceability. * Adaptability and proactivity in changing environments. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. **What we offer** * Opportunity to participate in **cutting-edge technological projects**. * Integration into an **innovative unit** strongly focused on digitalization and collaborative management. * A flat organizational structure where **your work delivers real impact**. * Continuous training in digital management tools and methodologies. * **Competitive compensation package**. * Occasional travel opportunities. * Multiple locations: **Barcelona\- Valencia** Salary: €30\.000,00\-€50\.000,00 per year Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
