Continuous training and membership in an established corporate group. **Description:** ---------------- At Ayagaures Medioambiente, a company within the Pérez Moreno Group specializing in waste management and treatment, we aim to hire a Supervisor for the Crushing Service at the North Gran Canaria Eco-park. Responsibilities: * We seek a candidate with proven experience coordinating teams and operations in industrial environments—such as quarries, aggregates, recycling, civil works, or earthmoving—who is accustomed to working with heavy machinery and ensuring production under safe conditions. * Practical experience in supervising heavy machinery: * Loaders * Excavators * Mobile or fixed crushers * Screens * Internal transport trucks Employment Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time position * Salary range: €22,000–25,000 gross per annum * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00–12:30; Saturdays, 5:00–9:00. What We Offer: * Opportunity to join a corporate group with over 55 years of experience. * Continuous training. * Benefits associated with membership in the Pérez Moreno Group. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in supervisory, foreman, or team leader roles within industrial environments, waste management, aggregates, civil works, or similar activities. * Practical knowledge of operating heavy machinery. * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training; particularly valued are: the Preventive Resource Course (60 hours) or specific ORP training applied to industrial or waste management environments. * Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities. * Strong commitment to safety, order, and operational discipline.
