Position Summary: We are seeking a Specialist Technician to support construction projects by organizing, supervising, and training work teams in maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibility for safety, quality, and signage **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Specialist Technician to support construction projects in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks required for proper maintenance * Supervise and organize work teams performing maintenance tasks * Train team members on assigned tasks, and monitor and supervise maintenance tasks in electricity and electronics * Monitor staff performance and approve necessary reports * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations regarding safety, quality, and signage; responsible for informing newly hired staff * Plan material supply and storage organization * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
