A social worker is needed for a company in the food sector located in Santa Pau. Key responsibilities include active participation in the employability diagnosis of individuals seeking labor market integration. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the work environment meets the necessary conditions for professional development. They will also propose and carry out actions, programs, and activities designed to address the specific needs of the group under their care, providing general support in project development. Strict compliance with environmental, quality, and food safety standards is expected. The working schedule will be full-time, covering 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, in split shifts between 09:00 and 19:00, including statutory breaks. * Prior experience working with groups of people with intellectual disabilities is highly valued. * We are looking for an empathetic person with strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Residing close to the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan required. Degree in Social Work (in-person modality).
