We are seeking a Social Worker to cover a leave of absence at the Low-Intensity Intervention Center CIBE Castellón. The contract will be a substitute position, with an expected duration of at least six months and potential extension depending on project needs. Working hours are 25 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday: two days in the morning shift and three days in the afternoon shift. Responsibilities include conducting social diagnostics, designing intervention plans, monitoring addictive pathologies and harm reduction, mediating in family cases, preparing internal and external reports, coordinating with community resources, and participating in informational and training workshops. A degree in Social Work is required, along with theoretical-practical training in addictions and at least one year of experience in drug dependency. Experience in mental health, incarcerated or formerly incarcerated populations, and homeless individuals will be considered an asset. Also valued are skills such as teamwork ability, problem-solving attitude, autonomy, initiative, responsibility, and handling complex situations. Basic user-level computer proficiency is required. Proficiency in French or English, as well as a valid type B driving license, are considered advantageous. Immediate start is required.
