Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator to accompany minors, plan activities, mediate conflicts, and monitor their personal development and group cohesion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive care and accompaniment for minors 2. Planning of activities for personal development and group cohesion 3. Conflict resolution and preparation of educational reports SOCIAL EDUCATOR. SABADELL The person appointed to the position of Social Educator will carry out the following functions and responsibilities: \- Daily care and accompaniment of minors. \- Planning of activities to promote minors' personal development and group cohesion. \- Mediation and conflict resolution through promotion of non-violent communication. \- Monitoring and evaluation of minors and their objectives. \- Tracking minors' progress, assessing\-their development, and adapting interventions as needed. \- Preparation of educational reports (PEI, ITSE) to work on minors' objectives. * Experience: 12 months. Minimum one-year experience in similar positions is desirable. * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in both intellectual and practical strategies required for the role. Ability to model appropriate behavior for minors. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses required. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Persuasive and influential. * Personal vehicle availability required * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Schedule: Afternoon and weekend shifts. Selection process \+ Possibility of indefinite contract. Full-time (38 weekly hours). A personal vehicle is mandatory. Immediate start.
