Job Summary: We are seeking support staff for basic maintenance tasks, cleaning of common areas, and assistance in meal distribution at a residential facility. Key Highlights: 1. Indefinite-term full-time employment contract A residential facility located in Luarca (Valdés, Asturias) requires support personnel. Duties include assisting with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, simple replacements, and furniture inspections. Cleaning of common areas and spot cleaning, assembly and disassembly of dining areas, and assistance in meal distribution will also be performed. At least one year of experience in maintenance, cleaning, or general services is required, as well as possession of the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma. Basic occupational health and safety training is considered an advantage. An indefinite-term full-time employment contract is offered, with a daily working schedule of 7 hours in split shifts (morning and afternoon). Salary conditions follow the collective agreement for healthcare facilities providing hospitalization, outpatient consultation, care, and clinical analysis services.
