We seek a candidate with career potential, experience in residential construction, and ambition to grow within the organization. Responsibilities * Overall site management and supervision. * Technical and economic planning of the project. * Coordination of teams and subcontractors. * Cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Monitoring of schedules, quality, and safety. * Liaison with technical management and clients. * Resolution of on-site issues. Requirements * Experience: **0–5 years** as Site Manager or similar role. * Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Proactive, organized profile with strong motivation for growth. * Valid Class B driving license.
