Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible professional to supervise and organize daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily management of construction sites and teams 2. Technical progress and quality supervision 3. Safety regulations and cost control We seek a person to support site management tasks in the Cogolludo area. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the team follows established procedures, organizing work shifts, and supervising that all technical progress proceeds as planned. Main responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, controlling execution timelines and costs, and handling necessary certifications. This is a dynamic role requiring close attention to ensure all on-site work is performed correctly and meets established quality standards. The contract is full-time, with forty hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours are split, taking place between 08:00 and 18:00, always respecting daily rest periods. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible, committed, and organized individual. * Residency near the workplace is an advantage.
