




Job Summary: We are seeking a team leader to supervise and coordinate daily operations on production lines, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership in production operations 2. Personnel management and conflict resolution 3. Supervision of occupational safety and health We need a person to lead a team in supervising and coordinating daily operations on production lines. Responsibilities will include personnel management, ensuring proper task allocation and maintaining team motivation. Operational incidents will also be addressed, and changes to manufacturing orders will be managed promptly. Main tasks focus on monitoring productivity, recording production stoppages using technological tools, and preparing reports. Material handling will be managed, including handling of salts and relocation of surplus materials to maintain production flow. Attendance will be monitored, tasks reassigned as needed, and workplace cleaning and organization coordinated. Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations is critical, including verifying correct use of personal protective equipment by all staff. Management of production and personnel databases will also be an important responsibility. Experience in team and industrial production line management, leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations are highly valued. Advanced Excel proficiency is considered a plus. Vocational Training or equivalent / Compulsory Secondary Education. Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience managing teams and production lines. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports) and proficiency with technological tools (tablets for data entry). Leadership skills, conflict resolution abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations.
