To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** ---------------------------- * Prepare store inventories and place merchandise orders to ensure product availability and align stock quantities with actual consumption, using supporting tools. * Develop and optimize store operational processes. * Record and account for losses (shrinkage). * Conduct periodic quality and product rotation checks. * Prepare and implement daily Store Reports. * Handle customer complaints. * Support team members in their professional development and deliver their initial and ongoing training. * Plan and prepare sales and productivity forecasts. * Draft work schedules. * Manage cash flow. **Are you the person we are looking for?** ------------------------------------- * Vocational training qualification (Medium-level Vocational Education or equivalent). * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning or afternoon shifts). * Interest in working in a dynamic environment. * Prior experience in a similar role and/or in the distribution sector will be valued. **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * A full-time employment contract. * We provide a 4-month theoretical\-practical training program tailored to your position, enabling you to successfully meet every challenge.
