We are seeking to hire a Senior Mechanical Engineer. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Engineering: o Define full mechanical scope (process pumps, plastic or metallic piping, metallic or plastic valves, tanks, general specifications). o Prepare equipment data sheets and specifications. o Validate critical calculations (pressure, stress, vibrations, noise). o Participate in hydraulic studies related to equipment. o Ensure compliance with project regulations and internal quality procedures. o Ensure information distribution to other departments. o Prepare technical justifications. o Collaborate in PID development, s.* Procurement: o Prepare PPIs, data sheets, specifications, RFQs, RFPs, and technical tabulations. o Monitor and close contracts. o Review suppliers' technical documentation. o Participate in FAT inspections. o Activate suppliers during document review / engineering phase.* Construction: o Supervise critical installation activities (pump alignment, hydrostatic tests). o Resolve technical deviations on site.* Commissioning: o Coordinate functional testing. o Analyze incidents and propose solutions. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering (basic and detailed) or production for national and/or international water treatment facilities (seawater and/or brackish water desalination, wastewater treatment, potable water treatment). * Technical knowledge in Processes, Civil Works, Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Systems, and I\&C applied to water treatment facilities will be valued. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers), work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle habits. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
