Your key responsibilities will include: * **Design and develop innovative and efficient mechanical engineering solutions** for new automation projects, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability. * **Implement improvements in existing projects**, increasing overall system efficiency, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing operational reliability. * **Develop fixtures, special tools, and test benches**, aiming to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and guarantee stringent quality standards. * **Analyze specifications and functional requirements** to define the mechanical scope of each automated project. * **Design complete mechanical integration**: operation sequences, equipment synchronization, material flow analysis, and safety criteria. * **Select and specify machinery and components**, ensuring compatibility, durability, and optimal overall performance. * **Prepare all technical documentation**, including bills of materials, drawings, diagrams, assembly instructions, and operation/maintenance manuals. * **Lead commissioning** of assigned projects, ensuring mechanical solutions meet quality, timeline, and performance requirements. * **Collaborate with production, process, maintenance, and quality teams** to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that reduce cycle times and increase efficiency. * **Manage and resolve non-conformities with suppliers**, facilitating technical decisions that enable manufacturing progress without compromising quality. * **Perform mechanical simulations** (stress, deformation, structural integrity, and dynamic behavior) to validate designs and ensure safe and reliable operation. **We Are Looking For:** * **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s degree and/or University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technical Engineering, or Design Technical Engineering. * **Professional Experience**: 5 years in mechanical design and/or industrial automation. * **Languages**: English B2. * **Technical Knowledge**: 3D modeling (3DExperience CATIA preferred). **Why Choose Power Electronics?** * Flexible working hours. * Continuous training through our Corporate University. * Benefits such as subsidized cafeteria, on-site gym, and personalized PEbenefits. * Flexible Compensation Plan: transportation, childcare, training, among others. * Multicultural environment with real opportunities for international growth. **Our Commitment** At Power Electronics, we promote equal opportunities, diversity, and professional development, evaluating individuals based on their professional value contribution.
