Main responsibilities will include surveillance and protection of property and people, access control, incident prevention and detection, and supervision of security systems. Preparation of service-related reports will also be required. A temporary contract will be offered, with potential for continuation based on performance and service requirements. Working hours will be full-time, with rotating morning or afternoon shifts. Remuneration will follow the Private Security Collective Agreement, including applicable allowances and access to exclusive discounts. A valid Security Guard license or TIP (Temporary Identification Permit) is mandatory. Observational skills, self-control, decision-making ability, and schedule flexibility will be valued. Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas and a valid driver’s license are required.
