We are seeking **Scaffolding Assistants** to join our team in a shipyard environment. The selected candidate will support scaffolding assembly, dismantling, and maintenance, always following the instructions of the scaffolding supervisor and safety regulations. Responsibilities * Support in **scaffolding assembly and dismantling**. * Preparation, transportation, and organization of materials. * Loading and unloading of scaffolding components. * Assistance to the scaffolding supervisor during operations. * Maintaining a tidy and safe workplace. * Compliance with shipyard **occupational health and safety (OHS) and safety regulations**. Requirements * Prior experience in **scaffolding, construction, civil works, or industrial jobs** is desirable. * Training in working at heights and/or scaffolding assembly is desirable. * Good physical condition. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Responsibility and commitment. * Previous experience in **shipyards or industrial environments** will be especially valued.
