As part of our growth strategy in Spain, we aim to strengthen our commercial organization by hiring a **Sales Technical Representative**. **Job Mission** The purpose of this position is to develop and increase sales of Socomec’s **Power Conversion (UPS)** products and associated services within the assigned territory, through management of existing customers and acquisition of new business. You will act as a key commercial contact for customers and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and sustainable business growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio (distributors, installers, and end users). * Prospect new customers and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Promote and sell UPS solutions and associated services (maintenance contracts, spare parts, batteries, etc.). * Prepare, manage, and follow up on commercial quotations and projects. * Ensure regular customer visits and accurate reporting in Salesforce. * Develop and manage sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines. * Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company policies and ensure timely collection of sales revenue. * Collaborate closely with internal sales, back-office, logistics, and credit management teams. * Contribute to achieving both individual and overall company sales targets. **Scope of the Position** * **Territory:** Northern Spain, primarily the Basque Country and Navarre (with potential future expansion). * **Sales Target:** Individual annual target aligned with business guidelines. **Profile and Requirements** * Technical education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent vocational training. * Strong commercial orientation and clear customer focus. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical sales within the electrical or industrial market. * Solid knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, or similar solutions is highly desirable. * Ability to build trust-based relationships and negotiate effectively. * Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. * Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. * Fluent Spanish; intermediate English level desirable. **What We Offer** * A strategic and highly visible role within a growing international group. * Autonomy and accountability in territory management. * Ongoing product and solution training. * Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience. * Professional development opportunities within an ambitious, people-focused organization. \#LI\-YCD
