Resolution of potential incidents **Requirements** We seek a responsible, communicative, solution-oriented, proactive individual with a strong customer-service orientation. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position and experience in the food industry is required. Proven experience in managing traditional trade, restaurant, and/or hospitality channel customers is essential.
