Creation of strategic alliances for corporate growth We are looking for a sales professional to join a team dedicated to the installation of terrazzo—an exclusive, high-quality product. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, commercial management and customer negotiation, technical specification of the product, end-to-end project follow-up, and creation of strategic alliances for corporate growth. This position offers a full-time contract of 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in morning and afternoon shifts, respecting legally mandated breaks. The work location is San Sebastián de los Reyes. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * We seek an organized individual with leadership capabilities. * Experience in operations management and coordination is desirable. * Technical education in construction materials or flooring is desirable. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Willingness to travel. Fluent spoken and written English (advanced level). * GM / GS in Building Projects, Civil Engineering, Design and Furnishing, Development and Application of Construction Projects, or related fields. \- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Sales/Marketing, or related fields.
