




Job Summary: Capgemini Engineering is seeking an RFP Procurement Support professional with experience in managing, processing, and analyzing RFP/RFI, preparing documentation, and engaging stakeholders in Seville. We are seeking an RFP PROCUREMENT SUPPORT professional in Seville within our Industrial Operations division. What will you do? * End-to-end management and processing of RFP/RFI. * Preparation of required documentation for all rounds. * Planning and tracking of actions. * Bid analysis. * Management of internal stakeholders and suppliers. * Creation of data presentations. * Legal and contractual matters: framework agreements, NDAs, amendments, etc. * SAP price updates. What profile are we looking for? * University degree or vocational qualification (FP). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Knowledge and experience with RFP, RFI, RFQ.
