Job Summary: Capgemini Engineering is seeking an RFP Procurement Support professional with experience in managing, processing, and analyzing RFP/RFI, preparing documentation, and engaging stakeholders in Seville. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end comprehensive management of RFP/RFI and bid analysis. 2. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers. 3. We are seeking an RFP PROCUREMENT SUPPORT professional in Seville within our Industrial Operations division. What will you do? * End-to-end management and processing of RFP/RFI. * Preparation of required documentation for all rounds. * Planning and tracking of actions. * Bid analysis. * Management of internal stakeholders and suppliers. * Creation of data presentations. * Legal and contractual matters: framework agreements, NDAs, amendments, etc. * SAP price updates. What profile are we looking for? * University degree or vocational qualification (FP). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Knowledge and experience with RFP, RFI, RFQ.
