A service delivered in alignment with our core pillars: people, environment, and society **Responsibilities:** You will be responsible for coordinating work teams and optimizing human resources. You will verify the cleaning and disinfection standards of the client company’s facilities. Documentary management of records. Incident resolution. Establishing cleaning procedures and monitoring compliance therewith. Client-facing liaison. Participating in continuous improvement teams alongside various departments. **Requirements:** A person skilled in people management and team supervision, with strong communication skills, action orientation, problem-solving ability, and capacity for client interaction. Organized, rigorous, and methodical. Mandatory: Higher Vocational Training qualification and experience managing teams. Desirable: Training in the food industry, integrated management systems, or quality certifications. Knowledge of industrial cleaning or maintenance will be valued. Proficiency in office applications and web-based applications. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Offered:** Permanent contract Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM – occasional weekend availability
