Currently, we are seeking a candidate to join our team as **HR Manager**. **Main responsibilities:** * **Recruitment**: publishing job offers, screening CVs, telephone pre-selection, and interviews. * **Labor administration**: registration and deregistration of employees, Social Security modifications, hiring and contract expirations, monthly and hourly payroll processing, settlements, sick leave (IT), work-related accidents (AT), submission of SEFH days, working hours and staff inactivity records, social insurance, CRA files, Form 111, Form 190, Form 145, tax withholdings, submission of delt@... * **Collaboration** in managing the **disciplinary regime**. * **Personnel administration**: attendance tracking, leave requests, vacation management, DPTs... * Development of **training plans**, **Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)** (with SPA and mutual insurance), and **evaluation** of professional development and career plans. * **Labor relations (RRLL)**: equality plan, harassment protocol, trade union elections, collaboration and representation with the workers' committee... * **Providing support** and **resolving staff inquiries** regarding contractual and labor matters. **Requirements:** * Academic background related to **Labor Relations (RRLL)** and **Human Resources (RRHH)** or similar. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in HR performing similar duties. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation. **Desirable qualifications:** * Experience with the General Regime, the Special Agricultural Regime, and the Special Regime for Fruits, Vegetables, and Vegetable Canning Industry. * Proficiency in VISIONFRUIT or NAVISION, G2L, SILTRA software... **Other details:** * Salary negotiable according to experience. * Must reside near Gandia. * Immediate start. * Valid driver's license.
