If you are passionate about logistics, enjoy leading teams, and seek to develop your professional career within an internationally recognized company in the sector, this could be your opportunity. **What will be your mission?** You will join the logistics center’s management team and be responsible for coordinating and supporting daily operations safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards, as well as achieving the objectives set for our clients and the organization. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Lead and coordinate the assigned team, ensuring proper performance while maintaining required standards in safety, motivation, and commitment. * Coordinate daily performance, including achievement of KPIs agreed upon with client companies, as well as internal KPIs (safety, operations, etc.). * Participate in hiring, evaluation, and compliance processes, and provide necessary recommendations to ensure correct operational performance. * Advise team members to improve performance. * Provide operational results information to the team. * Execute and coordinate compliance with processes up to date, work instructions, standardized procedures, and related forms to achieve intended outcomes. * Support client companies, internal audits, and regulatory operational audits as needed, as well as assist in implementing agreed-upon action plans. * Support the team in adhering to safety regulations and help reduce or eliminate health- and operations-related risks. * Conduct basic on-site investigations of workplace incidents and promptly report non-compliance issues related to safety regulations and procedures. **What are we looking for?** * 1\-2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred). * Experience managing teams (preferred). * Secondary or higher education (preferred). * Proficiency in office software and Warehouse and Transport Management Systems. * English language skills (preferred). **What do we offer?** * Join the world’s leading provider of logistics solutions. * A stable position with genuine opportunities for professional development. * We care about you: fresh fruit at the workplace, physiotherapy services, mental health support, and a comprehensive continuous training program with access to our e\-learning platform, offering numerous resources to boost your development.
