Operational coordination of events **A centrally located hotel in Girona requires the incorporation of an in\-house\* sales professional** with experience in MICE, event and group management, and knowledge of the regional market. **Main Responsibilities:** · Manage the current client portfolio of travel agencies, companies, and tour operators · Acquire and negotiate new sales channels and/or new clients. · Host inspection visits and conduct external visits to acquire new clients. · Annual contract proposals with negotiated corporate rates · Monthly activity reports and market analysis · Monthly performance reports · Maintenance of the client database and CRM · Follow-up visits to our clients. · Quotation of received requests (groups, social events, MICE). · Follow-up of quotations and confirmed sales. · Preparation of service orders and operational coordination of events. **Requirements** · Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree · Residence: City of Girona or nearby areas · Essential language: Catalan, Spanish, and professional English · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. · Strategic mindset, flexibility, commercial management capability, and skills in planning and organization Type of position: Full-time, Permanent contract Language: * Professional English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
