We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow, offering greater value to our clients in smart and ecological mobility solutions. **Job Title** Railway Maintenance Operator \- ATEINSA **Purpose of the Position** * Participate in the proper execution of maintenance work carried out by ATEINSA at maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with quality indices and service requirements established both by Management and in maintenance plans. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on railway rolling stock. **Relationships (Networks)** Internal: Production, Quality, Engineering **Responsibilities** * Execute scheduled preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan, ensuring correct use of existing industrial documentation. * Resolve incidents detected during maintenance of railway vehicles. * Complete required records to evidence preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns performed, in accordance with company procedures. * Repair failures and inspect, adjust, and commission units. * Carry out protocols and tests on electromechanical components. * Analyze and diagnose failures. * Maintain appropriate order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Request and collect necessary materials from the warehouse for maintenance operations, complying with defined procedures. * Correctly operate individual and collective machinery, as well as workshop facility equipment (e.g., aerial work platforms, track lines, and forklifts). * Carry out protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components. * Collaborate in executing modification campaigns and monitoring activities on workshop rolling stock. * Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Report safety-related incidents/near-misses affecting Railway Safety to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Required Education** **Mandatory:** * Medium-level Higher Vocational Training or Equivalent Advanced Module in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propulsion vehicles, or related fields * Compulsory Secondary Education, provided a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar railway maintenance position * Languages: Fluent Spanish **Desirable:** * Medium-level Vocational Training in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance * Technical knowledge of railway regulations * Certification for operating elevated platforms * Certification for working at height * Certification for operating overhead cranes * Certification for operating hoists * Certification for train movement (jockeying) * Certification for handling fluorinated gases * Certification regarding electrical hazards **Experience** **Mandatory:** 6 months’ experience in a similar railway maintenance position **Desirable:** Experience in HVAC and pneumatic systems maintenance **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Teamwork * Communication * Resilience * Motivation An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
