Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Site Manager for railway projects in Burgos, responsible for planning, controlling, and supervising construction execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring productivity and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the execution of railway civil works. 2. Coordinate internal work teams and subcontractors. 3. For new projects in the Railway Sector, we require a **CIVIL WORKS SITE MANAGER** in Burgos, integrated into the site team and reporting to the Site Manager. Key responsibilities include: **Responsibilities** * Plan and organize work processes. * Monitor and track construction execution. * Ensure adherence to and track execution deadlines. * Supervise and coordinate internal work teams and subcontractors. * Control resources, materials, and construction equipment. * Collaborate with the Site Manager on monthly certifications. * Interpret construction drawings and site layout plans. * Resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Be responsible for implementation of the Site Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plan by all personnel. * Motivate assigned personnel to achieve productivity targets aligned with project objectives. **Requirements** * Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Construction. * We seek a dynamic, proactive, responsible individual with professional and technical autonomy and strong conflict-resolution skills. * Experience in railway civil works. **Location** * Burgos **Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Indefinite-term contract * Opportunity for permanent employment * Salary commensurate with experience
