Your ideas and proposals will be highly valued and always considered. * **Autonomy and trust:** From day one, we trust your abilities — delegating responsibilities and granting you autonomy to make key decisions, backed continuously by your managers. **What will be your mission as Project Manager?** Reporting to the Construction Director, the **Project Manager** will be responsible for: * Planning and coordinating construction and/or renovation projects from conception through to handover. * Defining scope, schedules, budget, resources, and risks; developing project and/or renovation management plans. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, procurement, contracting, safety, operations). * Managing contractors and subcontractors: selection, contracting, supervision, change orders, and payments. * Supervising on-site execution: quality control, occupational safety, and regulatory compliance. * Tracking milestones, deviations, generating reports, and presenting updates to stakeholders. * Managing project changes by analyzing their impacts on costs and schedule (change control). * Ensuring drawings, specifications, and required permits are appropriate for store openings. * Optimizing costs and timelines using Lean Construction methodologies or similar approaches. * Guaranteeing integration of club identity, branding, and customer experience into execution. * Managing project documentation: contracts, purchase orders, meeting minutes, certificates, as-built drawings, final project documentation. * Preparing and managing budgets, purchase orders, and payments to suppliers/contractors. * Coordinating performance testing, acceptance, and handover of works. * Analyzing lessons learned for future projects and promoting continuous improvement. * Managing Renovation Projects. Providing technical support for issues arising at already-opened clubs. **What will make you successful at Synergym?** We seek a proactive and solution-oriented individual capable of coordinating multiple tasks and teams.
