Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Quality Control Assistant to ensure that packaged products meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. We have over 100 employees, a catalog of more than 400 products, and presence in over 90 countries. We are looking for a **Production Quality Control Assistant** to ensure that products manufactured in the packaging area comply with established quality, safety, and hygiene requirements as defined in procedures and Technical Data Sheets. **Responsibilities – What will your day-to-day look like?** **Quality Control** * Perform quality checks during various stages of the production process (filling, sealing, labeling, cartoning, packing, etc.). * Verify compliance with packaging instructions, technical data sheets, and work procedures. * Record inspection results and complete associated documentation (control sheets, batch records, non-conformity reports). * Identify and report quality deviations or incidents to the Quality or Production Manager. * Collaborate in identifying and segregating non-conforming products. * Support internal and external audits related to quality, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Identify and report non-conformities and quality deviations. **Sample Library Management** * Collect, identify, and record samples from each packaged batch for archiving in the sample library, ensuring proper storage and traceability. **Requirements – What Are We Looking For?** * Education: Medium or higher vocational training in Quality or equivalent professional experience. * Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in a quality control role. * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts. **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **What Do We Offer?:** * Full-time position * Rotating shifts: morning and afternoon, with possible night shifts * Contract type: Permanent * Salary: €20,000 gross per year.
