Key responsibilities include safely and efficiently operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with established protocols. Work is conducted under strict quality and safety standards, requiring constant attention to detail and adherence to procedures. The work area must be kept clean and orderly to support a safe and productive environment. This role requires adaptability to a dynamic environment and the ability to maintain production pace. Collaboration with the team is essential to achieving daily and weekly targets. A proactive and responsible attitude is highly valued, as is availability to work rotating shifts—facilitating work-life balance. No prior qualification is required, although experience in manufacturing or production is appreciated. Initial training is provided to support adaptation to the role and plant processes. This is a full-time temporary contract within an expanding organization offering opportunities for internal advancement.
