Work collaboratively to achieve production targets. **Description:** ---------------- From the PROMAN Manresa office (telephone: 93 829 60 01\), we are recruiting a production operator for an important company located in the Bages region, for afternoon or night shifts from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be available for immediate start. Prior experience as a production operator in industrial companies is required. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble, operate, and maintain production machinery. * Monitor the production process and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Work collaboratively to achieve production targets. * Report proper equipment functionality and prevent potential breakdowns. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Comply with safety regulations. **Requirements:** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 2 years’ experience performing production operator duties in manufacturing plants. Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Residence in the Bages region is essential. Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** Working Hours: Fixed afternoon or night shift, Monday to Friday. Contract Type: Full-time. Potential for permanent contract.
