Your main **responsibilities** will include: \- Operation and supervision of production equipment and processes. \- Monitoring of parameters, sampling, and data recording. \- Detection and reporting of incidents. \- Collaboration with maintenance and quality teams. **Minimum requirements:** \- Compulsory Secondary Education or equivalent. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). \- Residence in the Carboneras (Almería) area or nearby locations. \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. \- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to industrial processes. \- Problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling incidents. \- Proactive, responsible attitude focused on continuous improvement.
