**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **PRODUCTION MANAGER** for an industrial company located in the **Ribera de Navarra**. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting directly to the **General Management**, you will be responsible for: * Managing the production plan according to demand and resource availability, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Coordinating the allocation of personnel and technical resources to meet production targets. * Driving process optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Supervising work methods, timing, and production robotics processes. * Ensuring compliance with quality standards, as well as facility organization and cleanliness. * Identifying team training needs and promoting their development. * Acting as **Health and Safety Coordinator**, managing internal prevention activities and liaising with external prevention services. * Keeping preventive documentation up to date and participating in safety committees.
