Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager specialized in residential construction for technical, economic, and quality planning, management, and monitoring of construction projects; coordination of subcontractors; and resolution of on-site issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads comprehensive planning, management, and monitoring of building construction projects. 2. Controls and coordinates subcontractors, supporting decision-making. 3. Supervises adherence to schedules and execution standards. Our construction company requires the incorporation of a **Production Manager**, specialized in residential construction, for projects involving housing developments and hotel construction in Seville and its province. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning, management, and monitoring of construction projects at technical, economic, and quality levels, coordinated with the Site Manager. * Control and coordination of subcontractors. * Support in decision-making and resolution of on-site issues. * Supervision of schedule adherence and execution standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Engineering, or related field. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Presto**. * Prior experience in residential construction projects. **WE OFFER** * Long-term, stable employment contract with full-time working hours (Mon-Fri). * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
