Your main mission will be to ensure that all activities related to the production process (Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance) are carried out in accordance with company standards and the established production plan. Key responsibilities include: \- Organize technical and human resources to execute production plans \- Review and adjust weekly resource requirements based on the production plan, communicating staffing needs to HR with sufficient advance notice \- Organize and reallocate available human resources and collaborators according to operational needs \- Participate in and support the relevant department in implementing investments and improvements \- Ensure that manufactured products meet food safety standards ### **Requirements** \- Higher Education Degree or Engineering degree in the industrial or food sector \- Over 5 years of experience in a similar position \- Team management capability and skills \- Knowledge of planning, processes, and continuous improvement ### **What We Offer** \- Join a leading company in its sector \- Opportunity for professional growth.
