At Ilerwork, we are seeking a **Production Manager** for one of our clients to join an established team, working primarily on civil works projects in the province of Málaga. We are looking for a candidate with experience in production management for construction projects or a Junior Site Manager eager to take on new challenges and continue developing their professional career alongside a highly experienced team. What will your responsibilities be? * Support the Service Manager in planning and monitoring construction projects. * Coordinate daily execution of works together with Site Supervisors and production teams. * Supervise compliance with schedules, quality standards, and deadlines. * Coordinate subcontractors and monitor on-site work progress. * Assist in cost control, measurements, and certifications. * Resolve issues arising during project execution. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. What are we looking for? * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Technical Architecture, or related field. * 2\-4 years of experience as a Production Manager or Junior Site Manager. * Experience in urban development, urban renovation, civil works, or similar projects. * Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities with Site Supervisors and subcontractors. * Valid driver's license.
