Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability in the food sector. Ensuring quality, safety, and profitability in production We are looking for a Production Area Coordinator with experience in the food sector to work in Alcalá de Henares. An initial temporary contract is offered through a temporary employment agency, which later transitions to a direct, long-term contract with the company. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, with an annual gross salary of 26,000 euros. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising all production processes to ensure achievement of efficiency, quality, and deadline objectives. Also includes managing required material resources, equipment, and personnel; controlling final product quality; guaranteeing compliance with safety and operational standards; and safeguarding process profitability. * Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience in production leadership roles, strictly within food-sector companies. * Personal vehicle is mandatory.
